How it works: every night the engine finds memberships whose term ends within 45 days, raises a draft invoice, pushes it to Xero, then walks the reminder ladder. Paid invoices drop out automatically when Xero reports the payment. Members at T+30 generate a call task for the membership manager rather than another email.
